  • Access to closed online forum to ask questions and share experiences with other members. In addition, you have the ability to access many insightful reference articles.
  • Measurement of your fat percentage and cm/body measurement at the start, midway and at the end
  • Weigh-in every week; same day and time
  • Test of relative strength (max. test) at the start, midway and at the end
  • Consultation and measurement of blood pressure at the start and at the end
