I train twice a week on the senior team and I'm really happy with it. For many years, I've been looking for a good gym, and ProRepubliQ offers really good training with great variety. We're all 60+ on the senior team and we're all really happy with it. In 3 months, I lost 5 kg and improved my muscle mass.
