You absolutely do not need to be a good runner to participate in our training programs. We embrace the idea that everyone trains at their own pace, and we build from there. The focus is on progress and improvement over time, not on being the fastest.

To ensure that you are well-prepared and have a smooth start to your training session, we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early. This allows us enough time to assist you with:
Heart Rate Monitor Setup: We can help you set up and wear your heart rate monitor properly to ensure accurate tracking of your heart rate throughout the training.
Coach Introduction: You will have the opportunity to meet and get acquainted with your coach. They can provide guidance, answer any questions you may have, and help you feel comfortable and prepared for the session.

To book your training session, you have multiple convenient options:
Online Booking: Visit our website and click on the “BOOK” button. It will redirect you to our booking system, where you can schedule your session.
Phone Booking: You can also make reservations by calling the reception desk at our centre. Our staff will be happy to assist you with the booking process over the phone.
In-Person Booking: If you prefer an in-person approach, feel free to visit our center. Our on-site staff are always available to help you with your booking and any questions you may have.

The “pulse system” is a heart rate monitoring system used in our training sessions to measure a members heart rate during exercise. Here’s how it works:
Heart Rate Monitoring: The system uses a heart rate monitor, typically worn as a chest strap or wristband, to continuously measure your heart rate throughout your training session.
Performance Indicator: The data from your heart rate monitor provides real-time feedback on your heart rate. This information is valuable because your heart rate is an indicator of the intensity of your workout. It helps you understand if you’re working at an appropriate level of effort for your fitness goals.
Training Intensity: By tracking your heart rate, you can determine if you’re training at your desired intensity level.
Calories Burned: Heart rate monitors the number of calories you’ve burned during your workout based on your heart rate data, which can be helpful for weight management and tracking energy expenditure.
Performance Metrics: Performance metrics, such as a “ProPoint score” or other performance indicators, help you assess your progress and effort during training.
Overall, our heart rate monitoring system is a valuable tool for tracking and optimizing your workouts. It allows you to tailor your training to your fitness goals, whether that’s improving cardiovascular health, managing weight, or building muscle.
To fully participate in our training sessions, you will need the following equipment: water bottle, towel and heart-rate monitor which you can purchase your own or rent at our center. These items will support your training experience and help you make the most of your time at our center.
The minimum age for training with us is 15 years of age.
You can bring your lovely child with you if the child is old enough to entertain themselves in our children’s area or lounge. Although we would like to, unfortunately we cannot offer to supervise your child. For safety reasons, children may not stay in the workout area or changing rooms.

Whether or not you should eat before a team training session depends on your individual preferences, your body’s response to food, and the type of workout you’ll be doing. Eating something light 30-60 minutes before your workout can provide you with the energy needed to perform well and avoid issues like dizziness. A pre-workout snack of around 200-300 calories is often recommended. This can help fuel your exercise without overloading your stomach. A balanced pre-workout snack typically includes carbohydrates, protein, and a small amount of healthy fats. This combination can provide both quick energy and sustained fuel for your workout. Bananas and almonds are excellent choices. Bananas offer carbohydrates and natural sugars for quick energy, while almonds provide healthy fats and protein. Other suitable options include yogurt with berries, a granola bar, or a smoothie with fruit and protein powder. Further, drinking enough water before your workout is essential to stay hydrated. Proper hydration supports overall performance and helps prevent issues like dizziness.

Before engaging in our training programs, it is crucial to consult with your doctor to ensure that you are in good health and that they understand the nature of our training, which includes high-intensity interval-style cardio and strength training. Yes, we offer our dedicated ProRepubliQ app, available for both iOS and Android devices. You can easily download it from the App Store for iOS or Google Play for Android. Within the app, you’ll have access to a range of features, including viewing team schedules, booking your training sessions, and tracking your training results. It’s a convenient tool to help you manage your training and stay informed about your progress.
Absolutely not! Using your phone during team training can be hazardous and distracting to both yourself and other members. We strongly discourage the use of phones during training sessions. Instead, we advise you to securely store your phone in one of our provided locked cabinets to ensure a safe and focused training environment for all members.
Booking
To ensure a smooth and timely start of training sessions, please make sure you arrive and complete your attendance no later than 5 minutes before the scheduled start time of the class. Punctuality helps maintain the quality and effectiveness of our training programs. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
If you arrive later than 5 minutes before the start time of the class, it is possible that your place may be offered to another member on the waiting list. We encourage all members to arrive promptly to secure their participation in the class and to respect the needs of other members who may be waiting for an opportunity to join the class.
It is important to note that you should not present or represent anyone other than yourself. Your membership and access rights are specific to you and should not be used on behalf of or shared with others.
Cancellation
If you are unable to attend your training session, it is imperative that you cancel no later than 3 hours before the class scheduled start time. This can be done either through the booking system or by contacting our reception desk. This practice ensures that we can manage class attendance effectively and allows others to potentially take your place. Your cooperation in this regard is highly valued.
If you find it necessary to cancel a morning session, specifically for classes scheduled during the first 3 hours of our opening hours, please ensure that you complete the cancellation process before 22:00 on the night before the scheduled session. Adhering to this timeframe allows us to make necessary adjustments and provide a fair opportunity for others to join the session. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Canceling your reservation in a timely manner is essential as it allows members on the waiting list an opportunity to join the class. Additionally, it provides sufficient notice to the instructor and participants if the class needs to be canceled due to an insufficient number of participants. This consideration helps us maintain efficient and well-organized team activities.
Fee for no-show
In the event of a no-show or late registration, a fee of DKK 30 will be applied. This policy is in place to encourage punctuality and ensure that our services run smoothly for all members. Please be mindful of this fee and plan your attendance accordingly.
