Our training approach is rooted in recent scientific studies, demonstrating that you can attain all the health benefits traditionally associated with training through intensive workout programs.

Each unique workout is a 60-minute heart rate-based class that is centered around cardio, exercises that are designed to elicit a heart rate in different color-coded heart rate zones combined with basic strength training exercises that will impact your strength and potentially your muscle mass. Increased muscle mass will in turn increase your basic metabolic rate, giving you an engine, that burns more calories all day long.

WHAT IS PROREPUBLIQ TRAINING?

Strength

Both training days combine interval training, to enhance cardiovascular fitness, with strength exercises to enhance muscle and bone strength, improve joint health, tone your physique, and boost your power.Every day you will train a full body strength program. Focus on muscle groups will change slightly from day to day to maximize your results.

Cardio - Strength day

These training sessions involve brief, high-intensity interval sprints (in the red zone), where treadmill and rowing machines will follow the same intervals.

Endurance - Strength day

On ENDURANCE - STRENGTH days intervals are longer and you will experience inclines more frequently on the treadmill as if you were walking or running in hilly terrain. On the water rower you will row a variety of distances at your own pace.All interval types and strength training exercises can be scaled and customized to you by our coach team.

Equipment

Every workout comprises the use of treadmills, rowing machines as well as equipment such as dumbbells, Kettlebells, TRX, exercise balls, and fitness benches.

The program remains consistent throughout the day, allowing you the flexibility to plan your training as you see fit. You won’t experience the same type of training repeatedly on the same day of the week as we provide variety in your workouts to keep you challenged and have fun while you burn those calories!

Throughout the entire training session, you can track your progress on screens in the studio. These screens display information such as the number of calories burned, your proximity to your maximum heart rate, and the points* you’ve earned.

Upon completing your training, you’ll receive your workout results both in our app and via email, allowing you to consistently monitor your progress. This access to data takes your training tracking to a whole new level, enabling you to track your results on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis.

*Pro Point provides a means to compare your workouts, allowing you to compete against yourself or other members. Pro Point focuses on your training effort, making it a valuable metric for gauging progress and motivation.

If you have a specific goals like weight loss or improvement in strength or body re-composition (gaining of muscle mass), we highly recommend you enroll in one of our specialized programs 90DAYS lifestyle change or our 8-week PRO CAMP with a focus on strength training.

These programs focus on giving you the skills, support, and knowledge you need to reach your fitness goals. You will be offered personal consultation with our fitness experts, nutrition plans, a supportive community and specially designed training programs.

ProRepubliQ offers specialized training sessions designed specifically for seniors and new mothers. Our training programs are carefully developed to meet the distinct needs of these specific groups.
