Welcome to ProRepubliQ. ProRepubliQ is committed to safeguarding and handling your Personal Information in a responsible and secure manner.

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how we process your Personal Information as you use our website (www.prorepubliq.com), visit our fitness studios, and use any of the services, tools, technology, products, features, events, webpages and mobile apps (together, the “Services”) provided, operated or owned by ProRepubliQ. When we collect, access, use or do anything with your Personal Information, we are “processing” your Personal Information.

We may modify this Policy at any time and non-material changes may apply to any Personal Information we already hold about you, as well as any new Personal Information collected after the Policy is modified. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this Policy. We will provide you with advanced notice by the email or telephone number which we have on file or through a notice on our website if we make any material changes to how we collect, use or disclose your Personal Information or that impact your rights under this Policy, and such material change will not apply retroactively to any Personal Information we already hold about you. If you continue to access or use our Services after receiving the notice of changes, you acknowledge your acceptance of the updated Policy.

3. YOUR ACCOUNT

The age limit for using ProRepubliQ’s services is at least 15 years. To create an account on the app, you are required to have an original email address and an active membership ID. It is your responsibility to keep your ProRepubliQ account secure and private. You are therefore encouraged to take care of your login details. In addition, you also accept that you are fully responsible for all activity on your account and use of your membership.

4. YOUR PROFILE AND PRIVACY SETTINGS

You can always update your account on our app by logging in and changing your information.

You can unsubscribe from e-mail communications from us by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link in the e-mail.

As stated above, you may not opt-out of communications related to services related to your membership (eg, account verification, purchase and billing confirmations, changes/updates to features on the Service, and technical notices and security information).

Mobile platforms have a permission system for specific types of information and notifications. Here you have the option to change ProRepubliQ’s permission to collect information about your location, as well as to switch off push notifications. If you change these permissions, it will of course affect our app’s functionality.

Do you wish to change information regarding your membership, we refer to the description of the same in “Membership conditions” which can be accessed at www.prorepubliq.com or which was sent directly to your e-mail when you created a membership.

5. LIABILITY AND USER CONTENT

As ProRepubliQ, we are responsible for our services, but you are solely responsible for the content that you share through the services. You are also responsible for ensuring that the information you share via the Services is correct at all times.

The content that you share must at all times comply with applicable laws and regulations.

You may not share content through the Services that is false or misleading, or content that is offensive, misleading, defamatory, blasphemous, violent, threatening, harassing, malicious, racist, pornographic, or infringes any third party’s rights, including copyright or trademark.

ProRepubliQ reserves the right to remove content that does not comply with these terms of use.

It is pointed out that ProRepubliQ does not want the app to be misused, but as ProRepubliQ does not review all content, it cannot be guaranteed that the content in the app is always in accordance with these terms of use.

6. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

In order to provide you with customer service and continue to deliver an optimized service to you, we need to process information about you. The types of information we collect depend on how our product is used.

INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE DIRECTLY TO US:

Your name, username, your address and your email address when you become a member and create a ProRepubliQ account in the app.

Profile information that you provide on your user profile (eg first and last name, picture and age). User Content (such as images, comments and other material) that you post on one of our Services.

Information we collect through our heart rate belts from each ProRepubliQ workout. This includes e.g. heart rate measurement, calorie burn, weight and height.

Information for use in payment, e.g. credit card details/information for use in PBS or DIBS withdrawals

Information for communication between you and ProRepubliQ. We can e.g. send you emails about our Services (eg, confirmation of your account, changes/updates to features on the Service, technical notices and security information). Note that you cannot opt ​​out of emails related to this.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

ProRepubliQ asks for your personal and user-related information when you purchase services on a website, on the app or sign up for newsletters, competitions, etc. This is primarily information such as name, address, postcode, e-mail, gender and age, but can also be information about interests, knowledge of the internet, etc. In connection with a purchase or registration for a service, mandatory information is marked clearly on the form. Providing other information in connection with a purchase or registration for a service is voluntary.

INFORMATION ABOUT ANALYSIS PURPOSES

We use third-party analytics tools to measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. The tools collect information sent by your device or our service. We collect and use the analysis information together with analysis information from other users, so that it is not possible to identify the individual user.

COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

The first time you visit ProRepubliQ’s services, you automatically receive one or more cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in your web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera etc.) and which registers you as a unique user. Cookies make it easier to use the internet because you don’t have to start over all the time. In other words, the website may use a cookie to remember information about your preferences. It is e.g. a cookie that means that you do not need to log in to a site, such as Pro Health every time you visit.

WHAT DO WE USE COOKIES FOR?

Cookies help tell ProRepubliQ about your visit.

To determine who visits the ProRepubliQ website, we use cookies to keep demographic and user-related statistics. Here we collect information about how long you visit the website, which sections and how many articles you read, whether your computer has visited us before, which browser and operating system you use, IP numbers, which ads you see, etc. In this way, we make sure that you don’t just see the same banner ads over and over again, and at the same time we aim to see ads that are of interest to you. Furthermore, we use the information to document and clarify the value of ad placements to our advertisers.

These cookies are called first-party cookies and are set by ProRepubliQ ApS.

How long do we store cookies?

The cookies sent to you will be stored on your device for a varied number of months from the last time you accessed a ProRepubliQ service. Each time you revisit a website, the period is extended. The cookies in question are automatically deleted after their expiration. You can read below about how you can delete these cookies.

COOKIES FROM OUR COLLABORATORS

ProRepubliQ also has a number of partners who set cookies – so-called third-party cookies.

These cookies may be set by our advertisers, media agencies, ad networks and other services (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, AddThis).

The purpose of these cookies is to ensure the delivery of targeted online advertisements, as well as to make it possible to log in and share e.g. articles on the respective partners’ websites. COOKIES FROM GOOGLE (TRAFFIC MEASUREMENTS)

ProRepubliQ uses cookies from Google.

The purpose of these cookies is to form statistical information about the entire internet user group, which makes it possible to determine e.g. which websites are most popular in the different demographic groups (eg among women and men).

The information is only presented to other persons or companies in aggregate form.

The information is passed on to third parties, including ProRepubliQ’s business partners, in anonymized form with the aim of targeting marketing and obtaining better knowledge about users on the individual website and the Danish market in general. Information is also passed on to third parties if this is required pursuant to authority requirements.

LOG FILE INFORMATION

Our browser automatically reports log file information each time you request to access (i.e. go to) a web page or app. Log file information may also be reported when you download the content of the website or app to your browser or device.

When you use our service, our servers automatically record certain log file information, including your web request, Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, referring pages and web addresses, number of clicks and how you interact with the service, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed and other corresponding information. We may also collect similar information from emails sent to our users, which we then use to track which emails recipients open and which links they click on. We use the information to achieve more accurate reporting and to improve the service.

DEVICE ID 'S

When you use our services from a mobile device, e.g. a tablet PC or phone, we may access, collect, monitor and store one or more device IDs on your device or in external storage. Device IDs are small data files or similar data structures which are stored on or associated with your mobile device and which are used to uniquely identify the mobile device. A device identifier may be data stored in connection with the device’s hardware, data stored in connection with the device’s operating system, or other software or data that ProRepubliQ sends to the device.

A device ID provides information to us or a third party about how you browse or use the Service and enables us or others to display reports or customized content and advertisements. Some features of the Service may not function properly if the use of Device IDs is prevented or disabled.

METADATA

Metadata is typically technical data that is linked to user content. Metadata can e.g. describe how and when certain user content has been collected and by whom, as well as how the content is formatted.

7. STORAGE AND PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your security is important to us and we will always endeavor to ensure proper security measures are in place to protect your personal data from unauthorized or illegal use.

The information we collect about you is stored and processed in Europe or any other country where ProRepubliQ, its affiliates or service providers operate.

When we transfer your personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA, which do not have a sufficient level of protection according to data protection legislation, we will always ensure that the necessary security measures to protect your personal data are in place. Such a transfer of personal data will therefore only take place on the basis of i) EU-U.S. Privacy Shield (if it is a US company certified for this), ii) the Commission’s standard contract provisions, or iii) a decision of the EU Commission.

When you use our services, you consent to the transfer of information to the European Union or other possible countries where ProRepubliQ, its affiliates or service providers operate, and to the use and disclosure of information about you as described in this Privacy Policy personal Information.

The personal data that we collect about you is stored as follows;

If you want the data to be deleted, you have the option to delete your account, whereby all information that ProRepubliQ has collected during your period of use will be deleted.

Storage

Stored up to 3 years, after termination or as long as storage is required by law (e.g. the Accounting Act).

Until you revoke your consent or it has not been used for 3 years.

Until the inquiry is completed and no further correspondence is expected.

If you do not use the app or do not have an active membership for 12 consecutive months, your user profile and your information will definitely be deleted.

Stored for as long as you are a guest or have a membership and up to 1 year after, for reasons of possible suspension period and the like. The data is then anonymised and cannot be re-established as your person.

Used exclusively as crime prevention. Deleted automatically after 30 days.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that our processing complies with the Data Protection Regulation and to confirm your identity before accessing your account (for example by requesting a unique password). However, ProRepubliQ cannot guarantee that information on the service will not be accessed, passed on, changed or destroyed.

You are always responsible for keeping your password and account information confidential and for controlling access to e-mails between you and ProRepubliQ. Your privacy settings may be affected by changes made to any social media that you use in conjunction with the ProRepubliQ app. We are not responsible for the functionality, privacy or security measures of other companies.

8. PROTECTION OF CHILDREN'S PERSONAL INFORMATION

ProRepubliQ does not knowingly collect or obtain information from persons under the age of 13 or give such persons permission to obtain membership or use our services, cf. the data protection regulation, article 8, paragraph 2 cf. Data Protection Act § 6, subsection 2

Our services and their content are not intended for children under the age of 15. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13 without parental consent, we will delete the information in question as soon as possible. If you believe we hold information from or about a child under the age of 13, please contact us.

9. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

In addition to the specific uses described in this Privacy Policy, we may use the information we receive from you to:

to give you quick access to your information when you are logged in.

to remember information so that you do not have to enter it again during your visit or the next time you visit.

to display personalized content and information for you and others, including for example online advertisements and other forms of marketing.

to provide, improve, test and monitor our services

to develop and test new products and

to monitor various parameters, e.g. total number of visitors, traffic and demographic patterns,

to diagnose and improve the technology

to update the ProRepubliQ application automatically on your device, so that ProRepubliQ i.a. may run competitions, special offers or other events or activities (“Events”).

10. SHARING OF YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell or disclose your information to third parties outside of ProRepubliQ (or the group of companies to which ProRepubliQ belongs) without your consent, except in the specific situations set out in this policy.

We may share User Content and your information (for example, information from cookies, logs, device IDs, location data, and usage data) with entities wholly or partially owned by ProRepubliQ or owned by ProRepubliQ. These companies may use the information to provide, obtain information about and improve the service (including through analytics data). However, these companies naturally respect the choices you make about who should be able to see your data.

We may share your information with supervisory authorities and police authorities and other public authorities if we receive a request for this, and we must assume in good faith that we are required to share the information with the authority under applicable law.

We may share your information, as well as information from tools such as cookies, logs, and device IDs and location data, with third-party companies that help us provide the Service to you. Our service providers will access your information to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the service and under conditions of confidentiality.

We may share information about, for example, cookie data, with third-party advertisers with whom we collaborate. The information makes it possible, among other things, to display targeted advertisements that may be of interest to you. You can turn off the sharing of information with third-party advertisers here

Finally, we remove data parts that can identify you and then share anonymized data with other parties. We may combine your information with other information so that it is no longer linked to you, and share this aggregated data requiring the protection of personal data precedes this.

10.1. YOUR OWN SHARING OF INFORMATION

Any information or content that you voluntarily provide to ProRepubliQ, e.g. user content, is made publicly available and controlled by your privacy settings. Once you have shared User Content or made it public, it is possible for others to share the information with others.

If you remove information that you have posted on the Service, this content will be deleted from our database and will not be able to be recreated.

11. YOUR RIGHTS

You can access all the information we have collected about you in the following way.

On the app, simply go to your profile settings and send a request from there. You will then receive a copy of all the information we have collected. By uninstalling the ProRepubliQ app on your device, you stop all our access to collecting information about you and your users. Your unique user profile will still remain in our system, and if you install the app again, you will have access to all your previous information. If you want to delete all data, this can also be done directly from the app

12. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

We process (including collect, store or share) the data we have on the following basis:

13. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION

Any dispute between ProRepubliQ ApS and you must be dealt with under Danish law with ProRepubliQ ApS, with the Court in Kolding or the Maritime and Commercial Court as the proper venue at ProRepubliQ ApS’s choice.
